Hibiscus

Hibiscus plants prefer bright diffused light to full sun.

These plants prefer warm temperatures in the summer and in the winter cooler temperatures of about 59 F.

A moderately moist soil is preferred for Hibiscus’. Water it thoroughly when the soil feels dry to the touch. Water it slightly less in the winter.

Fertilize the Hibiscus at the signs of new growth in the spring until fall and according to the manufacturer’s directions.

This plant prefers high humidity. Mist the leaves periodically to provide extra moisture.
