Cactus prefer warm and sunny locations in the summer months. In the winter, these plants prefer a cooler temperature of about 41-54 F, but still in a sunny location.
Cactus prefer to be watered thoroughly when the soil is completely dry. Drain excess water in saucer at base of pot to prevent root rot and to protect furniture.
Fertilize this plant about once every two weeks, when new growth appears. Follow the cactus fertilizer manufacturer’s directions.
